What is your question?
My jeep won't start the other day while parked on a slight incline. It has about quarter tank of gas and the security lights start flashing, but not getting any power. Tried to jump it and it just grinds. Is this the ignition, starter or is it something to do with not getting enough spark from being parked on hill and gas tank in the back? Gonna go try more gas and push it on straight ground.

Incline will not effect the cranking of engine or spark but can effect the fuel delivery if fuel is leaned away from pickup in tank. Is best to consider the tank as empty when at a 1/2 tank. The fuel pump needs to stay immersed to keep cooled and help with fuel pickup. When you say grinds do you mean it cranks over? If so the starter is working and the fuel pickup is likely the problem.
