What is your question?
My air conditioner works fine, but I do have to change my fuse often. And I get alot of feedback in my CB radio when both are on.

REMOVE the CB radio and ALL associated wiring (disconnect completely) and see if it stops blowing the fuse. Then , depending on the results from that , you may want to reinstall the CB in a different circuit? Better ground/noise suppressor?
How is the CB wired? Sounds like something is shorting in the wiring and there are a lot of problems that can be cause by installing aftermarket systems like a CB radio. An AC compressor can demand a lot of amperage and if the CB is piggybacked onto that electrical system it could create problems similar to yours.
The problem was already there before the CB was ever installed. I just didnt care. now I cant use my radio because of this. and I've wired it through the fuse box, but is now hard wired to the battery.
