How difficult is it to change out the front heater blower motor on 99 yukon? Making noise and is only a matter of time til it quits completely.

The blower motor on your 1999 GMC Yukon is located under the passenger side of the dash. There are a couple of screws mounting the lower panel under the dash and the blower motor that may be a bit difficult to get to. The only way for you to find out is to try. It could be that there is some debris in the blower motor cage (paper or leaves). If you find this is the case the blower motor may not need to be replaced.
