needed water pump. have 5 speed tracker ran great until timing belt popped. belt popped and at the time we thought we could jump start it but it didnt. so we pushed it down the block to my house. we replaced the timing belt and the pulley tension wheel because it locked somehow. so we replaced the pulley tension wheel and timing belt and now when we try and jump my 95 tracker it sounds as like it is out of gas. it has no pressure, it sounds like it is putting out of gas and cuts off.
