What is your question?
Car ran after replacement once at idle but no throttle. Now it won't do that. The wrench icon is on.when it cranks the check engine stays on. It cranks to a point for 2-3 seconds and sounds like it might start and the starter disengages.

Hello, You will need to scan this one for codes. Since the vehicle is disengaging the starter autonomously, there is a fault code stored. This may be an issue with the security system, or the battery may have been connected improperly at some point, damaging sensitive electronics. If you saw sparks, this becomes more likely. Read and post the codes here for analysis.
I don't have a scsnner. What I did was disconnect the battery overnight. When I hooked it back up it cranked for maybe 10 secongs and it started, still no throttle. Once it warmed up it seemed ok with the CEL off. I still have the traction light on (Awd) which showed no code when scanned. But the wrench icon is gone. Any experience with that AWD lite on?
Yes, the AWD light can signal a host of issues, but most commonly a wheel speed sensor is at fault. When the ABS light is on, it is alerting to a stored dianostic trouble code, so scanning is necessary. You will never find what is wrong without reading the data from the vehicle, unless you replace the entire AWD system piece by piece.... scanning is the obvious answer. The service light should go off after resetting the PCM, however, it will come back once the threshold for setting has been met once again. No throttle while running tells me you may have an issue with the accelerator pedal position sensor, throttle body actuator, throttle position sensor, or PCM. Not to be the rain cloud over the parade of progress, but if this vehicle is not scanned, plus components tested, it will likely remain in this condition. Sorry for your trouble, I know it is not a fun position to be in.
