Two identical 2001 Ford f150 trucks. Switched key (transponder) and key tumbler ring (transceiver) from 1 vehicle to the other to fix PATS no start. Dash guages come on, but fast blinking anti theft light on for a few seconds, then stops. Engine cranks normally, but no start. Would I have to also switch PCM? Or is it even possible to do this without damage to vehicle or components? Also no fuel from fuel pump, but has spark to spark plugs.
What makes this problem better or worse?

How long has your 2001 Ford F-150 had this problem?
A couple of weeks. Bought 2nd truck with broken transceiver tumbler ring.
