2005 Engine into my 01' Sport Trac?

What is your question?

I have located a good V6 4.0L engine (& good price) out of a 2005 Explorer. My 01' was produced in Nov 2000 (original engine is metric, produced in Germany). Since the majority of parts for the 01-05 model years are completely interchangeable, do you have any advice for me regarding dropping in the 05' engine? Cheers!
