Rear hatch actuator quit working, installed new that works fine now. But red door open light on, hatch/rear glass warning on, and some lights not working properly. Is there some reset to do, used WD40 spray all latches and cleaned electrical terminals to actuator.
How long has your 2010 Ford Escape had this problem?

No reset needed - - plus there is no protocol for attempted online diagnosis since the vehicle has been subjected to repair previously. Only suggestion is go back over the actuator replacement process and check for poorly fitting wiring connections and possibly actuator travel adjustments..
Make sure the new actuator is releasing the latch all the way .. Door ajar switch is within the latch assembly - however that shouldn’t have any affect on the glass closure nor some of the lights not working properly. Basically have no idea.. Good luck!
