Done put spark plugs and wires egr valve 02 sensor both cat haven't tried coil reason why one mechanic diagnose this code P2300 which is ignition coil 3 secondary circuit-Insufficient Ionization but this mechanic that replace the cat didn't find the code what else it can be the engine jerk and misfire at 1400 rpm other than that it runs fine

Find a mechanic the can diagnose and fix your problem. Many suggestions can be given, but the real issue needs to be addressed. Try a compression test, have replaced many valve springs on 5.7L engines.

Was told my compression fine don't know if he was talking about fuel or the engine
Have fixed many but there are different issues. Find someone who won't just take stab and fail. There's something going on and it can be found. Even the plastic intakes seem to crack, have it smoked for leaks.
Never smoked or leak the problem I'm having just started I just want to be stirred in the right direction
