problem with my truck , all the accessories will not work

I have a 02 ram 1500 and I can start it fine and drive it anywhere changed the battery , the thing is nothing works , the headlights stay on and will not shut off , the interior lights will not work nor the wipers , no turn signals , the security light stay on , never had a problem with it until now , it is not the dash cluster , can't be I cleaned the battery terminals getting power and ground where it supposed to be , I can use some help on this one , I am a pretty good mechanic and never ran into this kind of problem with this on any other car ever , is this a know problem with some of theses or what , any help would be grateful , thanks
