why when i replace de air conditioner resistor work fine for few days then bad?

Often times the resistor fails because the connection overheats. If this is the case, replacing the resistor is only half the problem. Carefully inspect the resistor connection for any signs of overheating and if found, you will need to replace the connector as well.
