front brakes are staying stuck on.. both calipers were changed and problem still

And why where the calipers replaced? Jack up the vehicle and remove the wheels , pump the brakes , check to see if the rotors are stuck , if they are , open the bleeder screw and see if that frees up the rotor , if it does I would suspect faulty hoses.
