Car made a click sound and wont start but using a jump box it started

What is your question?

It has occurred where I couldnt start it but would take a jump but yesterday it completely died no horn etc and a strong jimp box started it but other times it starts? Battery only 3 yrs old, cleaned battery terminals

What makes this problem better or worse?

Starts sometimes - gets me to work but then when I go to leave doesnt start

How long has your 2011 Chevrolet Impala had this problem?
