My 08 impala ss will not crank. Have all light

check all connections,battery,starter,grounds for loose,corroded connections.if all that is ok,test the starter. have helper turn key to cranking position while you check the small wire on the starter solenoid with a test light or volt meter.if you are getting power/signal on that small wire and the starter motor does not attempt to crank the engine,the starter is bad.
