loose front wheel bearing tire and wheel shakes back and forth

WHen I jacked my pickup up I found that the right front wheel and tire moved back and forth like the wheel bearing was loose . It is a 2006 3500 silverado 4wheel drive with 54000 miles . makes a slight squeel when turning to the left at low speed.
