2008 BMW 535i just replaced a bunch of sensors in my car seems to run worse.

2008 BMW 535i just replaced both Vanos solenoids, all for oxygen sensors, both camshaft sensors, the crankshaft sensor, and the maf sensor. And now my car seems to run worse. I’m getting OBD2 codes P0050 P0036 P0030 P0140 P0301 P0302 P0303 P0300. Don’t understand why I’m getting these codes. If I’ve change the oxygen sensors, and my car is running really rough, eating gas like crazy and on limp mode. please help
