I was parked at a shopping mall when my Nissan Frontier 2004 didn't start up. I called my insurance company to have my truck towed to my dealership where I normally get my maintenance and repairs done. This happened on a Friday around 2:30pm. The tow truck driver spoke highly of the services provided at Quality Auto & Truck Repair. My biggest concern was getting my truck repaired that same day. The tow truck driver believed it was possible for my truck to get repaired that same day, so I agreed to change my destination to Quality Auto & Truck Repair. We made it to Quality Auto & Truck Repair and dealt with Curtis. He listened to my concerns about having my truck done the same day and he honestly provided a, "We'll do our best." To make a long story short, my truck was repaired in less than 1 hr, 30 min! This is a great completion time given that it takes Mossy Nissan National City the same amount of time to change my oil. Why does Mossy take the same amount of time to drain old oil and pour in new oil? Most especially when it's appointment based? Quality Auto & Truck Repair isn't appointment based and they were able to get a bigger job completed in the same amount of time.
They have a great lounge, great staff and free Wi-Fi. My new Starter came with a life time warranty only through Quality Auto & Truck Repair and a one year warranty on Labor. It was a great deal! Additionally, they have a 5% military discount.
I've always relied on Mossy Nissan National City to do the maintenance and repairs. Quality Auto & Truck Repair was my first experience with a shop outside the dealership and I wasn't disappointed. All my repairs will go through Quality Auto & Truck Repair before Mossy Nissan National City.
