Removing the power steering pump and pulley and reinstalling them both.

Not sure what the thumbs down was for - as I'm only trying to figure out what you are wanting to know. Read your question and topic and see if you can figure it out from how you wrote it.

Per the estimator, power steering pump and labor for replacement is quoted. If you have to swap the pulley from one to the other that would be included in the estimate. Does this help?
