I had purchased a Groupon for a oil change so I was under the impression that my oil change would be taken care of in exchange for the Groupon, but the clerk said that because my vehicle needed synthetic oil, it would require an additional 49.99. That's about twice the cost of the Groupon. I felt as if it was a rip off but I couldn't do anything because I needed an oil change and I had purchased the Groupon about a month prior. I spent the money but I wouldn't take my car back for any other service.

Edmund (the old mgr) has been gone for a while sadly. The last mgr was great as well. Today's mgr was NOT great. He tried to up-sell me (which was the reason I stopped going to the last place). 'Oh in a high mileage car you need...' I have $55K miles!

I had a coupon for a synthetic blend oil change... 'You are going to use THAT for this car?!' I asked why not? He suggested moving up to the synthetic oil change and pointed to a list of 3 different price levels. I just said I'd use the coupon like I do every 4K miles. I had to wait, so I left to shop. While shopping, I called to ask if the synthetic oil service he'd spoken about was $5 more. He said yes. I said to go ahead and do the synthetic oil instead. When I picked up my car and got home I looked at my bill and they'd done the same thing as my coupon but charged $5 more?! When I called I asked why no synthetic oil? He said the extra $5 was to top off fluids (I do that at home and so they probably spent a dime to do that!) I wasn't happy. I explained that during the call I'd asked about the synthetic oil difference and he told me $5. He said 'synthetic oil is $10 a quart, YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT.' (Ha! I should know the price of his products?!? I won't be back.)

BOTTOM LINE = The new manager is pushy and since there is a difference in language, perhaps he didn't fully understand what I wanted. Still, I don't know if it's a cultural thing, but he was rude and lied. (Synthetic oil doesn't cost that much!) Also the prices he quoted for the various flushes he insisted I needed, were VERY high. Even the nearest other Precision Tune cost was $20 less. AND I don't NEED to do those at this time either since I'd told him that I'd already done some of them.

AllTune was about 40% less overall! They also had online coupons. So I'll be looking for another place to do regular maintenance. Ah well...

My overall experience started out positive, but after receiving my car back the shop did not replace my screws to the splash guard underneath my car and the entire cover was hanging, I drove like this for over 60 miles before realizing my screws were missing. Not happy about that!

I've been taking my car here for the past 2 years for oil changes/tire rotations. The service and customer care is great, my only complaint is that my usually inst ready by the time I'm told, and i usually ask to be realistic in their estimate. Also, I never received a phone call when it was ready, I had to keep calling and eventually connected with someone who informed me. Otherwise, great experience, thanks.

it was supposed to be a simple routine oil change of my car but seems like the service I had that day was so lousy. My car rug was stained with black spot that seem to be an grease from the shop. Whoever handle my car that day was not careful. And the hood of my car was stuck. I have to bring it back the next day that I had hard time opening the hood.

There's no excuse to not plug the flat in the trunk, rotate the tire and remove the donut spare. Also to call me after dropping the car off to be informed they dont have my oil filter and to add it to my oil change is nearly $15 more.

The only thing that would affect me recommending this shop to others is the difficulty of getting in to get work done. Job tickets get filled quite quickly here (perhaps because they do good work) so they tend to have amassed a day's work before breakfast.

I had a coupon. The manager said my car required special oil and that he would apply the discount from my coupon to the more expensive service, but when I showed him that I was able to find a better price at the dealer he did not match the price. Even after I said that I was looking for some place close to work to bring my new car for every service he made no attempt to offer any additional discount.

The service tech seems to not know what they are doing. They reset my tire pressure warning light and charged me $58. Couple weeks later, the same warning lights came on. To top it off, they scratched my car. It was dark when I picked up the car and didn't see it. Called them when I saw the scratch and they denied they did it.

Their service is always professional, the staff courteous and helpful and with plenty of explanation. I don't fear the estimates because the integrity of the staff and the charges I have validated at other companies. I like that a history of my vehicle and the services is maintained.
