Power windows not working

(1998 Toyota Camry)
As stated above, none of the power windows are working. I have confirmed the power and ground to the master switch are all in working order, however, the 30A fuse located in the instrument panel fuse box continues to blow. All window motors/regulators are functional.

Probably should take a look at this diagram:

Probably should make SURE the window lockout switch is not turned on.
