Power windows and radio do not work

(1999 Lincoln Navigator)
I have replaced the relay switch and had all the fuses and the wiring checked but my power windows and radio have completely stopped working. At first when it started it would be random and temporary but now they do not work at all. Any suggestions?

I would get the wiring schematics and see what powers both of these, it could be a defective ignition switch as they are both switched circuits.
