Power steering issues

(2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500)
I have a 2001 silverado 4x4 5.3l and bad power steering. It started about 3yrs ago. It's hard to know what the concern actually is here. First, I'm concerned about part quality of your replacement parts, and replacing parts that might be just fine to begin with. A steering gear and steering pump will almost never cause a pull. Have you tried rotating your tires right to let to see if the problem changed at all? Often times, tires can cause a pull. Good luck.
