I have a leak comming from a rusty steel line that runs in a loop back and forth across the main fram cross beam. Is this a cooling line, and is it tough to replace?

yes it is a cooler line,if you have a tubing bender you can fab one your self,and install it. steel lines is cheaper and copper costs more,but easier to work with butis softer,materal wise.

Yes it is a cooler line. My labor guide shows one hour to replace either the pressure or the return line.
