Power door (driver's side) which is no longer working. Fuses have been checked.

My driver's side power door is no longer working. Has not worked for 6 months at least. The whole power unit has been replaced once on this door. These doors are heavy and hard to pull. Why does this keep going out and what do we do--spend another $400.

The wire harness at the bottom of the sliding doors give a lot problem! Will it try to close on it's own?

Makes no attempt to close. It did at first but only for a few days. Hasn't done anything for weeks.

Check your wires in the loom between the kick panel and the door. Have repaired many that have broken over wear from opening & closing the door.
