Certain 2012-2013 Carrera and Carrera 4 models equipped with a standard exhaust system are being recalled because the tail pipe may separate from the rear muffler unexpectedly.

If you have an affected vehicle, Porsche will notify you. If you believe your car is affected or are experiencing any abnormal noises or vibrations from the exhaust system, you should contact your Porsche dealer. They may ask for your vehicle identification number (VIN), so please have it handy when you call. The Porsche recall number is AD01.

One of the engine fuel lines may become disconnected, resulting in a fuel leak, engine misfires, engine stalling, and an increased risk of a fire.
