Park lights not working

(1999 Jeep Wrangler)
in Coalton, WV on January 22, 2011
Park lights, tail lights, and dash lights will not work. I have replaced three headlight switches and still not working. Could it be wiring and which wiring?

check fuses

All fuses are all okay. Checked that out early. This all began when the left park light burned out and appeared to melt the park light connection, however, that light works when the other park lights work.
