Oxigen sensor lean condition

(1991 Chevrolet Caprice)
hard to start, then it hesitates in gear. i put a new oxygen sensor, and still hesitates i also put new fuel filter,air filter, map sensor, and i still have the same problem, please help on what to look for to fix it, am in a tight budget, thank you for your feed back
What seems to make the problem better or worse? cold start

This could very well be a vacuum leak. Check over every hose and line under the hood. Repair any broken lines. If you don't find anything it's best to bring this to a shop for a proper diagnosis. You can waste more money throwing parts at it.
