Over last 10 year, water pools on the floorboard, after a heavy rain. Cause?

Problem is quite severe over the last 10 months. Have no idea where water seeps into the cab. Truck exterior in excellent shape, having been rebuilt and repainted 2 years ago.

possible windshield seal bad.also possible, it's leaking thru the wiper arm shaft/shafts.get someone to run water hose on winshield and wiper arm area,while someone inside truck with flashlight,looking for leak/leaks in the area above where the water pools.
