Out of Alignment

(1999 Ford Escort)
I am having uneven tire wear on my car and was wondering if it is coming from the struts or the alignment. The tires are wearing on the inside but perfectly fine on the outside.

If you are talking about the front tires you likely have too much toe out or negative camber, should be put on an alignment rack, have the ride heigth measured to make sure the front springs are not sagged and then align as needed. Make sure the rear alignment is checked at same time.
