RepairPal Certified Shops are third-party service providers, and they are not owned or controlled by Omega Auto Care.
When you go to repairpal.com/omega and enter your zip code and vehicle make, you’ll be taken to a directory of RepairPal Certified shops in your area. Here, you can see addresses, phone numbers, star ratings, and the current open/ closed status for the shops listed.
From here, you can click on a shop to see their RepairPal profile page, which includes their hours of operation, information on their service warranty, when their next available appointment is (along with the ability to schedule an appointment), and a complete list of verified customer reviews.
To become RepairPal Certified, shops must meet specific quality standards. One of those standards is in relation to customer satisfaction, and RepairPal measures that by independently surveying their customers. Not only must a shop meet that standard, but they must maintain it to keep their RepairPal Certified status.
RepairPal has invested considerable resources and effort to build a Fair Price Estimator, with the goal being to provide fair price ranges on hundreds of mechanical repairs for most vehicle models dating back to 1990. RepairPal Certified shops agree to honor the price ranges quoted in their Fair Price Estimator, so customers can have confidence that they are paying a reasonable price for quality work.
The Fair Price Estimator draws from several industry standard labor guides and OEM part pricing feeds, as well as local shop labor rates for a given area.
All repair estimates derived from RepairPal’s Fair Price Estimator are guaranteed by RepairPal for up to 30 days from the date generated.
Use all reasonable means to protect your vehicle from further damage. This may require you to stop your vehicle and call for roadside assistance and arrange for your vehicle to be taken to a licensed repair facility. Describe to them your concerns, and authorize the necessary diagnosis. The repair facility will need to diagnose the concern to determine what component caused the failure before your claim can be submitted for authorization.

Omega Auto Care offers multiple vehicle service contracts, so you’ll want to refer to the plan you purchased to confirm coverage. Learn more about the different kinds of plans here.
RepairPal Certified shops begin by completing a thorough diagnosis of your vehicle, which typically involves a combination of visual inspection and the use of scan tools that can detect problem codes.
It’s important to give the shop as much information as possible when bringing the vehicle in, including, but not limited to: * Any unusual sounds * Any change in vehicle performance or handling * Whether the issue is persistent or intermittent * Any dashboard indicators that have been present * When the problem occurs (cold engine, above a certain MPH, etc)
Contact Roadside Assistance at 855-522-2813 if your contract says you are contracted with Road America or 888-246-2014 if your contract says you are contracted with Auto Knight. If you are unsure who your policy administrator is, contact 877-850-0443. Your policy will specify which provider to contact.
Your contract has a benefit for rental car assistance for covered failures. You pay at the time of rental and Omega Auto Care will reimburse you. Refer to your contract for benefit limits, and be sure to keep your receipts! You can also check out this link for details on rental car reimbursement.
In the rare event that your repair has failed, simply contact the RepairPal Certified shop that completed your original service and they will honor their service warranty. The minimum 12 month/12,000 mile warranty is provided by the RepairPal Certified shop, and is subject to exclusions, including but not limited to normal wear and tear items (such as tires, brake pads, clutches, wiper blades, etc.), wheel alignments and scheduled maintenance. For additional details, terms and conditions, please refer to your selected RepairPal Certified shop’s warranty at the time of purchase.
