I have changed out majority of the solenoids , thinking maybe ecm or pcm problem? The Chevy house says they all check out good and they think the cat is plugged informed them about taking exhaust apart and no difference in anything

Solenoids -- what solenoids?

I am sorry, your information is hard to read; what is your symptom? Lost all power -- this could be because of fuel delivery, ignition spark, air intake, or exhaust flow. I guess per what the folks you are consulting said -- the exhaust flow could be a concern -- but it's not when removed?

Back to the drawing board - check fuel, spark, air. ignition timing, engine compression.
