OIL Pump

the oil pressure gage has starting to show low oil pressure.I can tell the different in the way truck run and idle now.I need to know if i had to change out the oil pump how big is that job and where it's located on that truck.

first of all, get the pressure verified by a shop with a manual test.
if the pump is worn, chances of it causeing driveabilty issues is very low.
it sounds like you have 2 separate issues that need to be addressed. have a shop check it for you to verify.
