Oil is pouring out by the filter when the car is started only, what is the probl

(1999 Honda Accord)
never had oil leak before, its coming out near the filter, what might this be?

Many times we see a car come in after having their oil changed at a oil change place, with the old oil filter gasket still on the engine and the new filter with the new gasket on the filter. Needless to say it does not seal very well. Your problem could very well be the oil pressure switch leaking.

It's pretty common for the Oil pump or housing seal to leak.
