Oil in spark plug g

My car has oil in the spark hole plugs. Not in all of them tho. Is the cause of my car not starting?

It could be if the wires are really soaked with oil. There is a valve cover gasket set that will remedy the oil in the spark plug holes, and get a good set of wires and plugs. Then re-check your starting problem.
