Q: oil found on end of spark plug on 2004 Dodge Stratus

changed spark plug when engine light came on. light is now off. i found oil at the end of the 4th plug. what does this mean.

More than likely your valve cover gasket is leaking allowing oil to pool at the base of the spark plug. It should be fixed to keep from damaging the spark plug and wire
I sure hope you're right amigo. I have the same problem. And replacing a valve cover gasket will be a helluva lot easier than overhauling the whole engine if its the rings or seals like the other comment said!
You are burning oil either from valve guides/seals or rings likely. will need to have qualified tech inspet to pinpoint.
