Better quality oil filters advertise higher burst pressures but oil pressure in an engine once warmed to operating temperature shouldn't exceed 85psi for most engines. cold the pressure will be higher as the oil is thicker. The oil pressure reaches a specified pressure then the oil pressure relief valve opens and allow the oil to divert back to the oil pan. 60 psi is specified oil pressure at operating temperature for your engine at 1850 RPM.
