Oil blowing on to head and into air filter chamber

1986 model with 80,ooo mi. runs ok but ideals ruff at stop lights and dies when I pull into or out of a parking place. No sign of coolent in oil but radiator must have a small leak because I have to add coolant on a regular basis.

Hard to give the correct answer without checking for the leaks. Needs to have cooling system pressure tested. Need to see if engine is being vented properly, or how the oil is leaking from the engine. Have more questions then answers without seeing the car. Have someone check it first to give you the answers you seek.
