I'm having the same problem with 2007 E250. Dashboard gauges fail, radio fails, power windows fail, but truck continues to run. Condition lasts 10 seconds - 3 minutes then power gets restored. Still trying to locate the problem. Will probably change the cluster next.

Did you solve this problem with change of cluster as you indicated above?

I have very similar problem, and would like to learn from your experience, specifically:

I have an E150 Econoline Ford Van 2007 XL 4.6 L engine for about 8 years now (207,000 mi). After a new transmission install (Jasper Remanufactured transmission) May 25, 2017, in the first week following return of the van the dashboard gauges failed intermittently. They simply work properly, or go all the way to zero:
Dashboard Indicator Needle gauges, all fail, more specifically:
1) Fuel gauge
2) RPM gauge
3) Speedometer
4) Temperature gauge
5) Battery gauge
6) All alarm lights at the bottom of the display panel, such as the engine light will not be on
7) Radio
8) Front two windows do not roll up and down with the electronic switch in door
9) Back-up two-way camera (aftermarket product)
The effect has gone from 2% dead in the first week after the transmission was installed, lately to about 90% dead, now four and a half months later.
A few other potential clues:
1) When I start the car upon turning the key, all indicators come on and then turn off as if a regulator (relay?) switch turns them all off.
2) If working at start they all turn off during driving. At first I thought it was related to vibration in the car, but it may also be related to when the transmission changes gears, for instance driving up hill as it downshifts.
3) Yesterday after a full day of not working I gave the Dash a hard bang from the top and it all started working immediately again. However, this solution is not permanent, and did not work next time I tried it. However, I have seen it come on while tapping hard on the transparent cover of the gauge window/cover as well in the past.
4) Today when it did come on at start I gave it the same bang on the same place middle top of the dash board and it all turned off again.

After 4.5 months I need to find a permanent solution.
