Obd sensor on catayst heater and my evap sensor keeps reading unready i took

(1999 Ford Taurus)
cable off to reset computer and was told to drive it for a while i did for two weeks took it back to deq and same thing happens still reads unready 97211

taking the cable off will not reset computor on this car have it cleared at auto zone and see if that works, you may be picking up history codes

took it to auto zone they put atester on it no codes would show on it whats next

there code reader may not be a good one that can get these codes
