not starting

(1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager)
several times this year my car would not start. the first time AAA started it by turning the steering wheel hard. this happened a couple more times. then it happened again and turning the wheel did not work. AAA said to put foot on brake while turning wheel, this worked. the last time it would not start it took several tries before it would start. when it did start the turn signals did not work, the radio did not work, air bag and abs lights were on and the car was running very rough. I have taken the car in for service several times but since it starts just fine with no other problems they can't find what is wrong. It seems to be getting worse since it's taking longer to get it started and now with these new problems when it does start. any help would be appreciated.
