Noise on right front side

(2007 Chevrolet Aveo)
in Philadelphia, PA on May 17, 2009
I have a noice in the front right side of my aveo. It sounds like a whooo sound. I thnk i narrowed it down to me wheel. My tires and breaks are new so I know it cant be them. When I start to slow down I get a woaing noice. I dont know how else to explain it. Would ths be my wheel bearing and is this covered under my warrantee? When I got my breaks done they had alot of oil on them. There still is some oil that comes out on the wheel. Would this have something to do with it? I hope you can help

You may very well have a wheel bearing that is failing. Road testing your car with a qualified technician would be the best way to confirm this fault. The front wheel bearings should be covered by your warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles. Please confirm that with your local dealer.
