No power,have new battery and alt tested and good I keep blow batter relay fuse

positive battery cable could be shorting out maybe ???

Check the ground cable on both ends. there also should be an engine to body ground. If all of that is ok. Then you might have a short or the solenoid on the starter might be bad. Take the starter off and connect it up with a pair of jumper cables. If the starter runs and doesn't get hot , then your starter is ok. Before you do that though, if you have a test light, check to see that you have current to your starter. If you don't , then you have a break somewhere in the circuit going to your starter.
