No power

(1990 Honda Accord)
I have no power in my car. i thought it was the battery and it's not. when the battery is connected the horn works and the taillight comes on but that's it. I don't even get a spark from the battery terminal when i connect the battery. What could it be?

You need to have the battery load tested at a auto parts store (Napa) because if it has one bad cell it will barely produce 10 or 11 volts and won't have enough amps to engage the starter or the ignition system. Then if the battery checks out double check the battery cables make sure they are clean and tight
