No interior lamps,back up lamps or cago lamp,no blown fuses found.200

2004 silverado 6.0 eng automatic trans reg cab
My interior courtsy lamps,back up lamps,and cargo lamps are not working,I have checked for a blown fuses and found none.
my mechanic says it is the bcm but has not checked the truck out.If this the bcm is there any way to by pass this and at least get back up lites working?I am currently unemployedand can not aford the 300.00 for a new BCm

Under the dash on drivers side, left upper floor board, there is a connection center or box with a black plastic cover on it, remove this cover and check ALL connectors/connections! Make sure they are pushed in good and tight. This will be located in such a position that your left foot can dislodge or loosten the wire connections. ( possible!) I have had this problem on one just like this, with the same symptoms!
