No heat but AC works fine

(2016 Jeep Wrangler)
I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler, recently as it’s been getting cold I tried to see about the heat. Just bought the vehicle in July so haven’t had it long, the AC works perfect on all vents but there is no heat. I’ve checked coolant levels and leaks and that’s not an issue so what could it be?
How long have you had this problem? 6 months

It could be a bad coolant bypass valve not allowing coolant into the heater core or a bad blend door not allowing air past the heater core. A hands-on inspection is needed.
