No catalytic convertor on 1988 blazer 4.3. what can happen to drivablity/ no codes .

could a bad coolant temp sensor, egr or map sensor cause lack of power, slow pickup of speed when I slowing let off on the pedal. I get a pop through the TBI when I gun it and want to stall. and also been wanting to stall and rough idling. please,want some one answer me.

Could be "D" all the above. Needs to be looked at in shop and monitor operation of components and see if can duplicate your problem. Since has been messed with, cat removed, then anything is possible.
