On February 23, 2012, Nissan recalled 79,275 Nissan JUKE. Nissan is recalling certain model year 2011-2012 juke, infiniti qx and infiniti m vehicles. the fuel pressure sensors may not have been tightened to the correct specification. as a result, the fuel pressure sensor may loosen due to heat and vibration causing fuel to leak.

A fuel leak may develop at the fuel pressure sensor. Fuel leaks always increase the risk of a fire.

Nissan will notify owners of affected vehicles beginning March 19, 2012. If you are experiencing a fuel smell, or you don't receive notification and you feel you should have, please contact your dealer. It’s helpful to have your vehicle identification number (VIN) handy when you call.
