New light/dimmer switch put in but still have same problem, please see below.

Recently (March 2015) with the headlights on the rear tail lights won't work. I replace a 15 amp fuse under the hood and it's ok for a while. Then a few weeks later while headlights are on, same problem again, the tail lights aren't working. I took it to a mechanic in San Francisco, but the fuse still keeps blowing about every 2 weeks or so. I only drive the car on the weekends about 400 miles per month.

Thanks. I've had a mechanic take apart/check the tail light assembly.

You need to have that circuit checked. Stop putting fuses in until you find the problem.

Thanks, I've already taken it to a mechanic in San Francisco who checked the circuit and rear light assembly.
