New brake switch and bulbs could my problem be MFS

(2005 Ford Crown Victoria)

I have replaced the switch and bulbs and still have no brake lights and when the car is in park I can not shift it but if the switch is disconnected I can shift could it be the MFS

If you get power to the third brake light it could be the MFS, power for it doesn't go through the MFS. If you have no power to third light then bad brake light switch or hanging up not engaging, fuse, wiring...

If the third isn't lighting make sure the bulb is good before continuing.
