New battery,new belt ,new voltage regalator.

(1999 Ford Ranger)
still the truck runs off the battery ,just the battery.the battery light stays on ,the votlage meter stays way below the L.what do i do.

yes.brand new alternater,brand new belt,brand new battery

Check for a break in the line or a blown fusible link between the alternator and the battery.

Original post says 'new voltage regulator' NOT alternator! STILL , depending on where it's from , Along with csubak30s' suggestion , if you find no problems with wire(s) or fuses , I would have the alternator TESTED regardless of it being new! Plenty of junk 'new' parts out there! Good luck, let us know what you find.
